They are a consistently growing and profitable firm with multiple offices around the Midlands and surrounding areas. You will assist with administration of training programmes, work experiences and university placements. . REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you must have experience within learning, development and training and a track record of excellent project management. The Learning & Development Manager, will be expected to use a high degree of self-management, forward thinking and initiative to spot challenges and take appropriate action.We are looking for a confident, personable and strong communicator both verbally and written.
