Property Credit Controller Vacancy | Based in Marylebone |£32,000 per year | Full time, permanent job Your new company Brand new Credit Controller vacancy at a successful property business based in the West End. They are looking for a talented, organised and self-motivated Credit Controller to join their finance team. Your new role This is a Credit Controller role. You will be responsible for collections of outstanding payments as well as query resolution and other adhoc duties. You will also be responsible for your own cash posting/allocation and chase. Below is a summary of your duties: Responsible for the Rent & Service charge collection of 700 Tenants Collection of outstanding sums due from tenants, achieve 95% rental income targets to be collected within 7 days of the due date specified within the lease Strict monitoring of all tenant payment plans Build strong tenant relations, resolve tenant queries promptly and accurately record all correspondence within the relevant Property Management Systems (PMS) Liaising with Property Surveyors, Client Accountants and Property Managers as appropriate Compiling internal and client specific aged debt and collection reports, using the system and excel as required Support the Cashiering team on unallocated cash items and tenant coding i.e. busy periods or staff absence What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a credit control / accounts receivable (a minimum of 2 years). Previous experience within the property industry using Qube or Tramps You must be hard working, confident in nature and committed to success as well as have great communication skills. You should be used to working to targets as well as have great excel and property software skills What you'll get in return This job is paying a competitive salary of up to £32,000.
