Ref jw/21333 Financial Planner - client bank provided City based £55k and very competitive bonus structure If you do not enjoy the business development aspect of your current role, or are struggling to build a client bank, then this could be the move you have been looking for. I am currently recruiting for a highly regarded City based Wealth Management firm, that are actively looking for a Financial Advisor to take over an existing client bank, due to one of their Advisors relocating. They will consider two options for this role. The first would be a diploma qualified Paraplanner that has had some exposure to client meetings and just starting out on the Advisor route, or an existing Advisor that is looking for a role where there is an established client bank to take over and a steady flow of leads and referrals to go after. The MD is very well connected within the City and has a very good network of professional introducers, so is the main business developer for the firm and will keep your diary topped up with new appointments. The firm is very team focused, whereby everyone supports everyone else and will help to identify the best recommendations for the client, post first meeting. If you are looking for a role where you will gain excellent on the job training and support to improve your Advisory skills, then this would be an excellent move for you. It also has the added advantage of a well-established client bank that you will take over from day one, so you won’t be wasting time with ineffective business develop strategies and tasks.
