Overview

Our client based in Cannock is looking for an Aftersales Administrator. The key duties for Aftersales Administrator are: • Input engineer timesheets and manual attendance forms to produce monthly information required for payroll. • Control processes and procedures related to warranties and new service agreements. • Administer process' for providing engineering employees with clothing and safety equipment. • Take ownership for ongoing customer correspondence including but not limited to warranty renewals and service contract renewals. • Respond promptly to internal and external customers, knowing who to approach for additional support and assistance. The ideal Aftersales Administrator will need to be: • Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and/or industry. • Smart and well presented. • Good Communicator at all levels. Competitive salary available for Aftersales Administrator role. The Aftersales Administrator role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
