The role We are seeking an enthusiastic full time Link Worker (Supervising Social Worker) to join our established team in Kent to work with up to 15 foster families. You will ideally be in commutable distance of our office based in Sittingbourne. Your role is to be the vital link between By the Bridge with Cambian placing authorities and our therapeutically trained foster families, ensuring that By the Bridge with Cambian children achieve their full potential. You You will be a qualified Social Worker with experience of working with children and families in fostering.It would also be advantageous if you have therapeutic childcare experience. You will be personable, confident and possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time and work flexibly. You will have good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be given.
