Senior Healthcare Support Worker/Carers Link Nurse " Ward 3 (Ref: 24031) Full Time " 37.5 hours per week Fixed term until March 2021 Band 3 - Salary Range £20,700 - £22,594 per annum Senior Healthcare Support Worker/Carers Link Nurse - Ward 3 (Ref: 24031) Full Time - 37.5 hours per week Fixed term until March 2021 Band 3 - Salary Range £20,700 - £22,594 per annum Applications are invited for Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker/Carers Link Nurse to support the implementation of section 28 of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016. You will be working in a variety of settings to gain and develop a broad range of skills relevant to particular areas of Gilbert Bain Hospital, including Medical and Surgical wards. The post holder will undertake the role of Carers Link Nurse and will work closely with the Carers Hospital liaison Social Worker Assistant based in Duty Social Work. The successful applicants will show a willingness to learn, and be adaptable to the changing demands of the modern day NHS. There will be the opportunity to work in, and to be based within the inpatient areas. A variety of shift patterns are in operation and successful applicant will be expected to work unsocial hours including weekends.
