Primary Care Link Worker - Band 6 A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit into two substantial posts in Barnet primary care link working team. Being a link worker is a fantastic opportunity to work in a challenging and diverse role. You will be joining an experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary team in a supportive working environment, with a visible and accessible management team who prioritise supportive supervision and a commitment to high quality of service to our population. The successful candidate would be enthusiastic, committed to work within the recovery model and is dedicated to improve the well-being of service users and their carers. As a link worker, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to review referrals, contact and assess clients as well as referring clients to other agencies in the community where and when required. You will also need to be flexible and appreciate new challenges to meet the developing needs of the service. There is a strong commitment to promoting your professional development. You will be supported by clinical and management supervision and will be given the opportunity to develop and enhance clinical skills, therapeutic interventions through an annual appraisal and a personal development plan.
