If you answered yes then this Youth Support worker role is for you The Role - Youth Support Worker We are looking for an inspirational Youth Support worker to support the schools most challenging students on a long-term basis. For this Youth Support Worker role, you must have at least 1 years' experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not have to be within the classroom setting. You must be able to think on the spot and act quickly should a challenging situation arise, must be able to diffuse situations calmly and effectively and must be able to build positive rapport with students to ensure successful outcomes. The School - Youth Support Worker This SEMH School is located in the suburban borough of Wandsworth and is an all through school catering for students between the ages of 5 - 19 with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. Students have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or Statement of SEN for social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
