Overview

Tonic are currently searching for a Head Chef for one of Birmingham's most exciting restaurant openings of 2020. The Head Chef would work alongside a Chef Patron as part of the creative team as well as managing the day-to-day kitchen operations on-site. The Chef Patron is currently working on other avenues of the business' growth and needs a Head Chef who can ensure that standards remain high and creativity is at the forefront of current trends. Package: Salary of between £40-45K Bonus scheme in place Creative responsibility Realistic, achievable working hours This role requires a Head Chef or Sous Chef with excellent experience cooking at a level of at least 2 AA Rosettes with an ability to motivate, train and develop a kitchen brigade.
