We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Team Leader to help oversee and guide our current team of recruitment resourcers in our London, King’s Cross office. What you will be doing As Resourcing Team Leader, you will help to build a clear and consistent pipeline of new candidates to the Pulse Nursing division. You will also manage a small team, ensuring business KPI’s are met and have responsibility; Ensuring people management of the team is compliant with Company Policies and Procedures and Employment Legislation Carry out weekly, fortnightly and monthly reviews and annual appraisals with all staff Responsibility for development of both self and staff. This includes coaching, identifying training needs and development plans and succession planning. Monitoring of own and team’s performance by reviewing objectives regularly. Manage new candidates through the recruitment process which include, but are not limited to Appropriate governing body checks & assist with recruitment and compliance procedures in line with company policies Undertake regular reviews of candidate files to ensure all appropriate information is maintained and up to date Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, whether available to work or not About you: Previous experience managing a compliance/recruitment team Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment sector Passion for people A keen eye for detail What we can offer you Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Plus OTE bonus In exchange for your hard work, we can offer excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5%.
