If so, we'd love to hear from you eSift are currently looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a national organising within the education sector Location: London, EC1 Salary: Circa £55K per annum As Finance Business Partner, you will coordinate and deliver on planning and performance reporting and build excellent relationships with the heads of department stakeholders, ensuring value for money across the business through insightful performance analysis. This role is crucial to ensuring that decision makers have business critical data available to them. Within this role , you will act as the crucial link between finance and operations by supporting the business with timely and accurate insight and performance analysis. You will develop and implement an effective framework tool to analyse the business’ performance and its delivery of a value for money service to its stakeholders. Part of your role will be to prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting for budget holders, the Senior Leadership Team and the Board as well as working with the Head of Finance to deliver an efficient organisational budgeting and forecasting process. In addition, you be working and support the Head of Finance to ensure that programmatic funds are managed, allocated and spent effectively. Our ideal candidate will have/be; Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or through experience) with a demonstrable understanding and delivery of business partnering Demonstrable strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrable business partnering understanding and proven delivery of value add in a service business (public or private) Collaborative and a relationship builder. Ability to work effectively cross organisation to attain a common goal. An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, confident working with individuals at all levels. Analytical, creative and strategic; a strong problem solver and commercial thinker. A demonstrable influencer, driving impact and implementing change. Excellent technical accounting skills across a wide range of financial disciplines and a proven ability to apply them effectively. High credibility with senior colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to analyse complex financial information and communicate results and options for decision-making clearly and succinctly.
