Commercial Director – luxury retail / consumer Salary: Negotiable – Base plus equity (investment opportunity or partnership also on offer) Location: National, good access to London We are currently working with a luxury retail, consumer and hospitality business who launch and operate a boutique collection for luxury businesses. With several business currently in operation, this company are keen to explore new avenues. Areas of interest include fashion, luggage, cosmetics, accessories & food and beverage to name a few. The Position With each new venture, this overarching business feeling appoint a dedicated Managing director with passionate and drive, enables the business to thrive. Each Managing director would take full ownership of 1 to 2 brands and would be responsible for building a team, working with centralised functions to build the brands and untimely cultivate a success business. The position can offer a full salary of up to £100,000 but ideally would be looking for individuals who can work on a partnership bases, taking partial base salary with regularly equity pay-outs. They are also interested in individuals with capital to invest. The ideal Individual These new positions would suite an entrepreneur individual who has a keen eye for new business ideas and the know how to execute them. You will ideally have experience of diverse markets as well as skills such as commercial revenues, marketing, branding, partnerships and operational excellence. If you have been previously self-employed, have enthusiasm to potentially invest or partner on an equity basis, this could be a great opportunity.
