Overview
Sales Operations Anlayst- Salesforce For this interesting role with a growing technology company we are looking for a mix of sales and operations experience, someone to support the Sales Director in the management and growth of the sales team. You will be responsible for putting in place policies, procedures and interfaces that will allow the sales team to be more successful in their day to day operations This will include - Gathering and analysing a variety of sales data and using this information to drive team performance - Using Salesforce - Take ownership of and manage sales processes, ensuring that they are adhered to by the team with the support of the Sales Director - Make sure the database is accurate and up to date, driving the governance of the Sales Team with regards to timeliness and accuracy of reporting and updates - Implement new and improved processes - Act as the day to day Sales representative with other parts of the business, being accountable for smooth running of the processes between functions. - Support to the Sales Director as required to ensure optimum efficiency in the overall sales team This position would suit someone who works side by side with a sales team and can use this knowledge to define and implement procedures, working with the sales team on best practice and methodologies to enable them to maximise their efforts. You will have strong administration and data management skills around Salesforce, along with the ability to influence the team, drive change, and lead the team in the right direction alongside the Sales Director
