Overview
DMC Canotec are a fast-growing technology business. An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales Support Administrator to assist our sales team. You will be based in Croydon and will join uson a full time, permanent basisin return for a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum. The Sales Support Administrator role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support. You will be proactive, a capable administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills. Key responsibilities of our Sales Support Administrator: - Point of contact for key accounts for the day to day customer requirements. - Identify new business opportunities and liaise with Account Director on sales lead. - Assist sales team with new client engagement using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. - Assist the Marketing team in the development of campaigns linked with new business opportunities/lead generation and/or cross selling. - Ensure the CRM is updated weekly with information relating to new and/or existing business. - Support Account Directors with a variety of Sale Admin tasks, including but not limited to, bid preparation, pricing, account review packs, following up sales opportunity and account actions. - Engage with client base at least twice a year, to retain their business and to assess their needs, adding value where applicable. Skills & Experience required of our Sales Support Administrator: - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Proven experience in customer facing roles - Proven organisational and administrative skills - An understanding of the sales cycle, from opportunity generation to closing (advantageous) - Polite, friendly and confident personality - Excellent listening skills - Results driven and an excellent team player - Excellent IT / MS office skills - Ability to form key business relationships What’s in it for you as our Sales Support Administrator?
