Duties & Responsibilities: Diary management for 2 company directors. Booking meetings and meeting rooms and send out calendar invitations Input renewal opportunities into CRM when required Expense claims co-ordination for company directors Administrative and CRM Data Entry/Updates Full management of Deal registrations. Logging into our CRM, allocation for approving and declining opportunities Setting up conference calls and preparing meeting rooms for account managers Dealing with all Web Demo requests. Input leads and send demo details to all relevant parties. Notify relevant parties for cancellations and re-scheduling Building maintenance. Co-ordinate maintenance issues/repairs required to be carried out Arranging travel tickets and accommodation bookings for Directors, ensuring they are as cost effective as possible General assistance and provide coverage to the sales support team. Distributing sales opportunities to relevant account managers Providing quotations for the sales support and renewals team when required Responsibility of answering, qualifying & redirecting all incoming calls and taking messages when necessary. Meeting, greeting and managing all Guests visiting company offices Arrange training events management. Manage catering requirements, as well as preparing course material Generating monthly renewal reports and sending them to our partners General office management including scanning documents (legal, finance etc). Post distribution Provide renewal reports for resellers and team leader upon request Key Competencies: Excellent punctuality and a good understanding of time management Excellent English skills (written and spoken), communication skills and phone manner Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office experience preferred) Must be a logical thinker, able to work methodically with a high level of attention to detail Must be able to work independently and happy using own initiative once fully trained Ability to work well within a team environment Ability to present themselves in a professional manner (language, dress etc) at all times Pro-actively provide line manager with new ideas and processes of how to further improve the Sales Admin function within the business If you are a self-starter, with exposure to the IT Sales industry,, are well presented, full of ideas and boundless energy combined with excellent communication skills and want to be part of a fantastic IT company - then please get in touch ASAP.
