The development of a Service Excellence team to deliver outstanding legal services within a key practice group, has created a new opportunity for a Change Project Manager with an understanding of legal service offerings and knowledge of legal technology, process improvement methodologies and change project management. A broad and varied brief includes: •Driving continuous improvement through leading & delivering process improvement projects •Training & coaching lawyers on process improvement tools & methodologies •Delivering presentations & demonstrations to legal teams & clients •Driving requirements gathering & solution delivery across multiple projects •Engaging with senior managers to identify opportunities •Communicating project direction, approach, priorities, issues & status •Establishing a governance structure & implementing documentation, processes & systems •Building strong relationships across various specialist areas & jurisdictions As an experienced Change Project Manager with an understanding of legal service offerings and knowledge of legal technology, process improvement methodologies and change project management gained within change management, project management or legal operations in-house, in a law firm or a consulting firm, you will demonstrate experience of Lean Six Sigma related projects and be a creative, energetic problem solver with a positive attitude and can do approach.
