Through a revolutionary cloud-based software solution, our client have managed to firmly establish themselves as a trailblazing force within the FinTech space that support over 500 accounting firms and serve over 150,000 end-clients directly With a number of awards to their name that include the Technology Fast 50 award for the Fintech sector, Our client is searching for an ambitious and commercially-minded Flemish-speaking Graduate to contribute to the continued success of the company as a Sales Development Representative. Sales Development Representative package: - Fantastic basic salary of £25,000 with OTE of £40,000 - Healthcare packages - Lucrative and achievable bonus/incentive schemes - Pension contributions - Various fast track progression routes for eager employees - Increasing autonomy as you become more acquainted with the role Key responsibilities: - Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, competitors and their respective service offerings - Communicate and build rapport with clients through a variety of channels - Research into targeted accounts and territories to gather insights, key contacts and other useful information prior to prospecting - Engage with your professional development through the achievement of pre-agreed individual targets - Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team - Represent and protect the client’s brand with integrity and professionalism at all times - Keep track of your prospecting efforts on the CRM What you need: - Educated to degree level - Fluent in business level Flemish - Demonstrable communications skills to a wide variety of individuals - Excellent time keeping abilities, able to prioritise workloads and multitask Next Steps: If you require this job specification or to apply in an alternate format please visit the Pareto website.
