Administrative Manager: Minety Battery Storage Limited We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Manager to join our London office. Our parent company is one of the largest energy companies in the world based in Beijing, and one of the Fortune Global 500 companies. Main Duties • To maintain and update files, records, and contracts • To perform basic bookkeeping duties and compile financial records • To answer phones, take messages and receive visitors • To prepare, compose and type letters, memos, minutes, contracts, and other paperwork • To maintain office management and organisation procedures • To participate in market analysis and investigation, creating reports • To participate in business studies, discussion, negotiations etc. as required • To perform other office duties as assigned Experience & Skills More than 3 years of related experience and familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles. Bachelor or higher degree; accounting, financial or legal background is preferred; familiarity with the energy industry an advantage. Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities. Very good knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication skills.
