FINANCE MANAGER - Wandsworth - APPLY NOW £34,000 - £42,000 per annum This is an incredible opportunity for a Finance Manager based in Wandsworth/Clapham Junction. This role is ideal for someone who is seeking an all encompassing role. Culture: Vibrant, dynamic and open plan office Hours: 09:00 - 05:30pm with some flexibility Contract: Permanent / Full time Job Description: Stand alone Finance role - main support for the CEO and COO Preparation and reporting of management accounts Working closely with the CEO Bank reconciliations Quarterly VAT returns Preparation and processing of subcontractor payroll Processing of supplier payments General month-end activities such as accrual, prepayment and other journals Credit control and debtor management Posting all income/expenditure/banking transactions Managing all bookings, POs, invoicing and administration Assist external accountants with annual statutory accounts and tax returns Personal Skills and Attributes AAT 3, Level 1 ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent, PQ or QBE Experience using Microsoft Excel/Google sheets Excellent verbal and written English Strong attention to detail Experience of working in a SME, happy to work as sole Finance personnel Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Quickbooks Loves working in a team environment Lives locally to Wandsworth
