Overview
Due to expansion, I am currently recruiting for a U.K Sales Manager on behalf of a client. The firm based in Central London are an award winning wholesale brand, specialising in functional home ware products, with ethics and morals at the heart of their business. The businesses has doubled in turnover in the last 2 years, following a re-branding and is set to grow even further with their new product launches for 2020. Due to the nature of the business, their products have a particular appeal to those interested in, and have seen their growth due to the boom in the below trends: - Health, fitness and wellness - Eating healthily - Ecological awareness - Drive towards more individuality Currently 70% of the company’s business is done overseas, with France having now taken over as the biggest market for the brand. There remains a lot of untapped potential in the UK market where currently there are only 175 live accounts, and that will be the focus of this role. Personality and culture fit is incredibly important in this role, with some key attributes such as an entrepreneurial mind-set and happy to get involved and support other colleagues in this close knit, family feel business. The essential skills required for this role are as follows: - 5 years’ sales experience minimum - Experience using an ERP software as a key tool within the role. - Have sold a premium consumer goods product - Large and small, multiple or independent accounts. Offering a package circa. £40,000 - £50,000 Bonus (20%) and car allowance. This role will be office based (minimum 2 days per week), with 3 days meeting with clients / on the road.
