What can you look forward to receiving? - Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) - Integral positon within a leading tech figure - Lucrative bonus and incentives schemes that reward hard work and passion - Welcoming and inclusive work culture - Full training and development Key responsibilities: - Serve as the first port of call for customers and ensure all issues and concerns that they may have are dealt with in-keeping with the business’ ethos - Assume responsibility for the company’s initial intakes and case acceptances via the business’ omni-channel support tools - Provide out of hours support on call rota once every 4 weeks - Support the continual development of Junior Engineers - Maintain and monitor client’s systems to ensure faults are dealt with quickly and effectively - Work within SLAs and adhere to the business’ support processes Candidate requirements: - Educated with a Computer Science degree - Essential: Up-to-date working knowledge of VLAN, Networking generally (Management of Networking Devices, Switching), SIP Protocols and Real Time Protocols - Virtualised hosting experience is desirable but not required - Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads - Confident in working autonomously and being to take responsibility for multi-million pound projects Next Steps: If you require this job specification or to apply in an alternate format please visit the Pareto website.
