Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre on either a full or part time basis (salary up to £40,000). You will manage a caseload of Sales and Purchase transactions from instruction through to completion and be supported by Conveyancing Assistants. Your duties will include: Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties Preparation of Completion Statements on both sale and purchase matters Chasing monies You should have at least 6 months’ experience as Conveyancer managing a caseload along with excellent communication skills.
