Job Type: Full-time |

Salary: £60,000 per annum |
Overview
If you are fed up of being a small cog in a large corporate wheel and feel that you are no longer being challenged or developing, then this role could be exactly the refreshing new challenge you have been looking for. This creative and innovative firm has seen steady growth and huge success over the past twelve months and while lesser rivals race to merge with overseas peers, or open offices in far-flung locations, this HR Director and her colleagues make everything happen from a single stronghold in London, except for a handful of employees based in a couple of satellite offices. As they continue to grow they have a newly created role for an HRBP to join the team and take responsibility for a large client group as well as mentoring and developing a small team. This firm offers a unique working environment in a modern fully renovated luxury building with large floor to ceiling windows, open plan floors and a relaxed working culture where people are treated as individuals. The HR Director was warm, funny and engaging with a quick wit and lots of energy and enthusiasm. She is looking for someone who has a genuine passion for HR, plenty of motivation, and above all someone who shares the need to have fun behind closed doors when the pressure is on. When we met to discuss the role, she was proud to say that through hard work and steady growth, the HR team is now recognised by the business as offering a first class service. She continued by saying that working within a non-hierarchical company allows them all to be a true partner to the business, and in developing close relationships they have established trusted advisor status and credibility with senior stakeholders and managers. Here's what you can expect… A mid-sized company and a small happy HR team. Rapidly expanding with the chance to get involved in international work. No long hours, but a full generalist HRBP role where you can expect lots of involvement in some exciting projects. A great opportunity to develop your career and be part of a company with exciting plans for growth. Please contact me for a further discussion on the position, company and culture.
