Overview
A unique Financial Services business currently has a brand new HRBP/Project Manager position available on a 12 month basis initially. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work alongside a Senior Head of to set up an HR function. You will enjoy working in a changing and evolving environment and will have the ability to confidently communicate and drive positive change and improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in HR projects; create and implement project plans, take ownership of key projects, drive positive change and improvement Harmonisation of employment contracts Benefits review and harmonisation Recruitment PSL review Enhance/improve the Employee onboarding and induction program Support HR initiatives including performance management and talent and development programs Challenge and influence current ways of working to drive a positive change and to lead improvements across business areas Be a trusted partner to the business to offer advice and support on all employee related issues Person Specification Experience of having successfully worked in a generalist or HR projects role within a financial services fast paced environment Experience of working in hands on and rapidly changing environments Ability to deliver pragmatic solutions that work within a commercial environment Professional and proactive approach Able to build strong relationships and able to adapt communication style You thrive in organisations that constantly adapt and evolve and are extremely comfortable with ambiguity Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
