Overview
A unique Financial Services business currently has a brand new HRBP/Projects position available on a 12 month basis initially. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work alongside a HR Director in the set up of an HR function. You will enjoy working in a changing and evolving environment and will have the ability to confidently communicate and drive positive change and improvement. This role will initially focus on leading key HR projects whilst picking up broader HR BAU. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in HR projects; create and implement project plans, take ownership of key projects, drive positive change and improvement Harmonisation of employment contracts Full benefits review and harmonisation including communication plans Recruitment PSL review Enhance/improve the employee onboarding and induction programme Support HR initiatives including performance management and talent and development programs Challenge and influence current ways of working to drive a positive change and to lead improvements across business areas Be a trusted partner to the business to offer advice and support on all employee related issues Person Specification Experience of having successfully worked in a generalist or HR projects role within a financial services fast paced environment Ability to deliver pragmatic solutions that work within a commercial environment Professional and proactive approach Able to build strong relationships and able to adapt communication style Thrive in organisations that constantly adapt and evolve and are extremely comfortable with ambiguity Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
