Overview

Juice Personnel are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit a Fleet Administrator on a part-time basis, working with their small team based on Junction 41 Industrial Estate. Key Responsibilities Ensuring all vehicle paper work is up to date and compliant including MOT's, Services etc Liaising with internal colleagues, sister stores and engineers Reporting of all breakdowns, ensuring all necessary paper work is kept up to date Following all admin procedures to ensure vehicle compliance Key Skills and Experience MS office competency Ideally experience using Purchase Order Systems (they use Oracle EBS) Good customer service skills Communication skills Personal Qualities This is a busy role which requires the successful applicant to have excellent attention to detail, as accurately keeping on top of the paperwork is 50% of the role. You must be a team player; you will be the 5th person within the team and therefore everyone covers each other and helps out when needed. Outgoing, friendly and approachable are all the key characteristics which our client is looking for.
