Overview
Chapman Tate Associates are working with a global trading platform organisation who are looking for a Delivery Manager within Performance Testing and oversee delivery across the performance engineering programme of work.The role will require global interaction and delivery that will require overseeing quality in releases, process improvements, support and technical initiatives. You will have experience in: · Performance test engineering across various tools and technology platforms · Automation, Manual, Functional and Non-functional testing · Making sure test scripts, plans, execution are driven through technical knowledge and leadership as a technical expert · Analyst results and identify bottlenecks · Delivery and Project Management in Waterfall and Agile · Best practice in performance engineering and testing in a global environment · Relationship management and building frameworks · Programming languages such as Java or C++ What you will be get involved in: · Work with and maintain global relationships · Ability to forecast demand and amend staff levels as and when required · Oversee new engagements from onboarding to allocating resources for delivery of programmes and sites. · Work in specified operating models to ensure delivery is on time · Take responsibility of technical and process issues when escalated This is a great opportunity to work in a growing company who have a great position in the global FX trading markets with a great culture and environment to work in.If you want to discuss this opportunity further, please apply with your CV or contact us for an informal chat initially.
