Overview

Finance Manager / Accountant/ Accounts Assistant for a busy SME firm in Birmingham West Midlands near central shopping area. Please only apply if you have a finance, payroll, or accounting background Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is seeking a talented and self-motivated candidate to work in a Birmingham office, of a service sector firm, dealing with multiple global locations. You will be working within a busy office and have sole responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations. Therefore our client requires someone with commercial acumen, who is self-motivated, inspirational and happy to deliver facts and figures to internal and external stakeholder. The firm deal internationally and therefore you will need to have strong communication skills when you speak to people worldwide. You will be able to design and deliver financial reports and be extremely proficient at Sage. Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is seeking a talented and self-motivated accountant/ accounts assistant to work in a Birmingham office, of a large service sector business operating in multiple UK locations and some Eu. There is no other finance person on site so you will need to have a background in everything from Vat returns, to reconciliations, sales forecasting, analysis, paying invoices, banking etc so ideally a company secretary, accountant, accounts assistant, finance manager, financial controller, financial accountant, management accountant background would be advantageous. It is 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home. This will suit someone who has experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, accruals, SAGE SAGE SAGE SAGE etc. ENSURE YOU HAVE THIS ON YOUR CV WHAT WHERE YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE You will be an excellent communicator and will be the interface between departments collating accountancy information. You will need to have experience working within a finance department and excellent knowledge of excel, word, math's, and ideally some sort of accountancy or finance qualification would be useful. You should be able to do look-up / pivot excel tables.
