Overview
My client, a large Public Sector organisation, are currently seeking an experienced and outstanding Resourcing Manager to drive their talent attraction, resourcing and recruitment strategy forward. This exciting high-profile role will give you the opportunity to innovate and bring your fresh ideas to how we source and attract top talent. Your experience will give you the confidence to create new methods for employer branding. You’ll be able to use your resourcing experience to work across the whole organisation in order to develop strategies to address hard to fill posts and high-volume recruitment activities, improve our time to hire and enhance the candidate experience. You will be able to navigate through a large, complex environment driving ideas and delivering to stretching deadlines. You will have in-house recruitment experience, which will support you in reviewing and improving current practices. You will be an experienced manager, with a track record of motivating and empowering team members. You must have an up-to-date knowledge of employment law and immigration rules.
