Overview
Our client has an excellent permanet role available within their vibrant finance department. We need a candidate that can take ownership of the sales ledger to ensue billings are accurate and timely as well maximising cashfkow by timely chasing up of outstanding debt to balance the ledger efficiently . This client is a well established international firm that secialises in high end audio equipment for use at top end gig performances as well as high end home equipment. We need a well spoken, confident candidate with experience of the duties below . The role is available immediately , but obviously , a notice period is fine too. The role is similar to a sole charge type job , but with the full support of a finance team and the Financial Controller Key Tasks and Responsibilities Credit Control Ensure customers remain within their terms and credit limits Chasing overdue debtors o Record details of correspondence with debtors E-mail and post statement to customers Review and Report on balances due to all Group companies • Maintain the Sales Ledgers by, Posting of sales invoices on Dynamics Raising non-stock invoices on Dynamics Raising non-stock credit notes on Dynamics Posting of receipts onto Dynamics E-mail and post invoices to customers where necessary Ensure all invoices and credit notes are properly filed Sales Modules reconciliations Releasing of Shipping documents to customers on receipt of payment • Nominal Ledger & Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Amazon, Paypal, Card Service Accounts, Ebay, Amazon Pay, etc.
