An ambitious team of technology experts is looking for an intelligent, self motivated individual starting a career in sales as a Business Development Executive. Their core business is hotel technology and IT systems, managing commercial companies across 3 continents. This is a new, key position in the company. Initially, the Business Development Assistant role will be to generate new business. Key Responsibilities Develop a new business sales strategy and manage the pipeline to meet agreed sales objectives Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that meet the client’s needs Build and manage long term client relationships Prepare pricing based on market feedback gained through active conversations with prospects and clients Support the project team as required Attend business events and conferences, providing feedback and information on market and creative trends Present to and consult with mid - senior level management with regards to business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels Work with marketing support to develop sales collateral The ideal candidate would be a recent Grad with 6 months experience in sales. There is also scope to work from home one day a week. Hours are 8.30-5.30, Mon-Fri and they are open to working from home one day a week. Salary is £22-28K depending on experience with possible OTE of £60K in your first year
