Bright Selection are delighted to represent a well-established elderly care provider in the South East region of the UK, who require a Deputy Manager - Nurse qualified, to join the leadership team in a medium sized nursing and dementia home. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider in supporting a home in achieving compliance and excellent clinical outcomes for residents. This role requires a qualified nurse with leadership experience in nursing homes, who is seeking a role in a home with direction and excellent management. Working under the leadership of an experienced nurse qualified Home Manager who has strong dementia care knowledge and knowledge, this role presents as a real opportunity to develop and grow and be part of a new phase of development within the home. As such this role would suit an accomplished clinical lead seeking their next move into Deputy Management. Responsibilities Reporting to Registered Manager Support on day to day management of home Lead on achieving clinical outcomes within the home Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation and completion of all relevant records Team management and leadership responsibilities Essential Criteria Registered Nurse with active PIN Proven track record in the management of a nurses Current clinical skills including syringe pump Management of Safeguarding and DOLS experienced For more information please contact Karen Hedger at Bright Selection
