Overview
A global Advertising Agency based in Central London is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their team. With open plan lively offices they are keen to find the right fit for the team. Reporting directly into the Assistant Commercial Manager this is a permanent opportunity focusing on supporting key client accounts The Role Responsible for Profit & Loss of a variety of clients including accrued and deferred revenue and WIP reporting Client work will include preparing estimates for jobs, estimating annual fees / retainers and client fee reconciliations as needed Responsible for the month end and forecast process and helping to collate the data and spreadsheets for the reporting team Finance Commercial Support contact for key clients Consistent liaison with the Finance team ensuring client revenue is reported correctly including accrued and deferred Ad hoc client queries on multiple clients and adhoc reporting for the CFO The Candidate Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with people of all levels within the business is vital Exposure to liaising with non finance individuals would be ideal Experience within a Media or Creative Agency would be preferential Strong Excel skills are preferential including V Lookups and Pivot Tables Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web-based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
