Overview
THE JOB · £13.26PH. · Based in Worksop. · You will be engineering and building parts for the automotive industry. · You will ensure the correct output is achieved to the correct build time and build process, ensuring the correct standard of quality in line with BS EN ISO 9001 quality management systems. THE PERSON · Must have formal training courses in fitting. · Must have formal training courses in hydraulics. · Must have formal training courses in pneumatics. · Must have formal training courses in electrical systems. · An auto electrical qualification is desirable but not essential. · Must be able to read electrical and hydraulic schematic drawings. · Having knowledge of CAN bus systems and experience in production projects and improvements are both preferable. · Will be familiar with electrical/hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly techniques. · Must have established problem solving skills and practised techniques with the ability to work within a takt time. · The ability to read and understand engineering build specifications is desirable, however training can be given. · Must be self-motivated. · Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends. WORKING HOURS Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
