Job Title: Technical Support Team Leader Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 p/a (depending on experience) benefits Location: Cambridge Type: Permanent We are working closely with one of Cambridge's leading tech businesses and assisting them in the search for a Technical Support Team Leader. In this excellent new role, you will use your considerable networking skills and provide high quality support to Network, Hosting and Telephony clients throughout the UK. As a Team Leader, you will take direct line management responsibility for a talented and hard-working NOC team, ensuring they are fully supported on a daily basis and able to deliver the best service to clients. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for leadership responsibility but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves and working with cutting edge network technology. Technical Support Team Leader - Skills, Attributes and Experience Required: - Strong networking skills and a solid understanding of MPLS/BGP core networking and associated technologies - Experience with Remote Access, Site-to-Site VPNs and QoS solutions and traffic shaping - Experience of leading and mentoring teams, managing workloads and setting priorities. Technical Support Team Leader - Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to Network, Hosting and Telephony clients throughout the UK - Provide line management responsibilities for your team, prioritise their workload and dealing with higher level escalations where necessary - Take responsibility for the customer experience, ensure all processes and requests are managed correctly and to the highest possible standards - You may, on occassion, be required to provide on-site support fo clients throughout the UK.
