Overview

Contract Requirement Deputy Director of Operations We are working with an NHS Community Trust based in London who is looking for an experienced Deputy Director on a contract basis. Core deliverables of this post include: Undertaking stakeholder engagement to formulate business design and requirements, ensuring all stakeholder needs are met on all work streams Supporting the DDO to lead the operational delivery of community health services in line with national standards, regulations and local commissioning strategies Developing and leading a team of divisional senior and service managers responsible for day to day operational management of services Meeting the relevant regulatory requirements of the Care Quality Commission and regulatory bodies Help to maximise the impact of local delivery through the translation of knowledge, intelligence, tools and innovation into practice by working through relevant networks, communities of practice, conferences and webinars Required skills/experience includes: Experience working at Director level within an NHS setting Excellent stakeholder management skills, to build relationships and communicate effectively across a busy organisation and a broad range of people A background within Operational management An appreciation for strategy, process capabilities, governance and issues with functional interdependencies Duration : 3 months initially Location : London Start Date: ASAP Rate : £490 per day via an Umbrella company (inside IR35) If you are interested in this position please send your updated CV to or speak with Mark Birch or Sarah Steward-Kirby on
