Fleet & Plant Manager
Overview
I am currently recruiting for a Fleet & Plant Manager to work for a utilites busines. Ideally someone from a Construction, Utilities or Civils business would be ideal but not essential. Due to the nature of the work carried out you will need to used to working at a face pace, with high volume and assets. The company are looking for an experience candidate to come into the business and be able to- - Identify and propose possible money saving / making opportunities within the group, - Manage unplanned work resulting from breakdowns and emergencies in a reactive and efficient manner. - Manage mutli depot fleet requirements - Ensure FORS accreditation is maintained - Source new supplier / reduce external spending - Manage a team - Ensure insurance database is maintained and up to date [MID] - Weekly reporting of plant hire revenue internal and external - Manage O Licence requirements in accordance with the Highways Commissioner - Ensure all plant items are calibrated within dates as required Hours of work 7am-5pm Monday - Friday If you would are looking for your next role and find this of interest please do not hesitate to send across your CV
