The Senior Fleet Administrator will work full-time within the Fleet Department at Kingsmill. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong administration, organisational and computer skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment as part of a team. The job purpose is to support the I&C Operations/Municipal, Workshop and the Fleet Admin Manager. Strong geographical knowledge, automotive experience and confidence in your own abilities will be a distinct advantage in this role. Why it's an opportunity not to be wasted. * Fleetwave: Keep the integrity of vehicle information in line with external sources, relating what's on Fleetwave checking O Licences, fuel cards, FTA, CMS, DVLA, (taxing, V5 numbers, and engine size capacity.) Adding old/new vehicles. Using reports from Fleetwave and being able to generate new ones if and when required. Database familiarity recommended. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency in using formulas including look ups etc. Awareness of job card implications. * O Licence: Knowledge of O Licencing requirements, such as Transport Manager Responsibilities, CPC applications, applying for authority to park, O Licence renewals, increases, amendments etc. working within vehicle margins, liaising with the Office of the Traffic Commissioner. * Reporting: VOSA/O Licence Check, Credit Card Reconciliation, LFT, Vehicle Margin, CPC Cover, Vehicle Disposal, Congestion Charge, Fuel Card, CMS Tracking, VTG, Outstanding Purchase Orders, and Weekly Updates. * System Knowledge: Be familiar with Central System - Hire Desk System, Vehicle Details, Raising and Goods Receiving of Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Queries. In addition, to be familiar with FTA, DVLA, TAN/VOL systems. * Keep up to date with current vehicle related legislation as relates to Biffa Operation (Euro Levels, Tax Levels, ULEZ, and Vision Permits). * Resolve queries from internal and external customers. * Complete any other administration duties as required within the Fleet Department.
