Support Assistant - Fleet and Compliance 24,414 plus benefits Thurrock depot 5 over 7 days We're looking for a support assistant to join our Thurrock transport team, working in fleet and compliance. If you can bring the administrative skills and attention to detail we're looking for, we can offer you a great opportunity with a business that puts people at the heart of its strategy. Working in a close-knit team, you'll help support the fleet & compliance manager ensure the fleet is running to all legal and operator licensing requirements and our driver colleagues are adhering to all their responsibilities. What you'll do: administration of fleet management of servicing, defect control, telematics systems and incident management support driver colleague compliance to working time directive and tachograph management support in the preparation for external and internal auditing administration of the department's budgetary requirements support the fleet & compliance manager in general administrative tasks This role would suit someone who have: previous office experience with strong administration skills experience and confident using computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook) a keen eye for detail and able to spot errors and mistakes a flexible work approach and willing to get out on the depot floor if needed good team collaboration skills and able to bring fresh ideas to the team experience from a logistics or FMCG background, but this isn't essential Why Co-op?
