Commercial Administrator / Analyst - Excel, Reporting Location : London Salary : £25,000-£30,000 Bonus Hours : Mon - Fri, 09:00AM - 17:30PM Your new role Exponential-e is a Cloud, Connectivity and Communications pioneer. We are recruiting for the role of a Renewals Administrator / Analyst / Manager in the Commercial team. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure that customer retention is maximised by renewing existing customer revenue in line with revenue erosion targets whilst ensuring upsell opportunities are identified. Some of your responsibilities will include: Support the business in maximising revenue and margin retention across the existing customer account base Process Renewal requests, ensuring that requests are attended and resolved within the established SLAs Distribute and coordinate within the virtual team the tasks involved in a Renewal Analysis, ensuring the requests are completed within the agreed timescales and escalated when required Manage the communication with the sales team and key stake-holders making sure that everyone is appropriately updated Identify the components of a customer’s existing solution and build into a quote that reflects their solution and any solution changes To achieve personal KPIs are met monthly, and to ensure that customer retention is maximised by working with Sales teams, Solutions, Procurement, Commercial, Products and Finance Build the Renewal Analysis as per the relevant templates, extracting the main deal KPIs Keep track of the renewal commercials and report market erosion across the Exponential-e product portfolio What you’ll need to succeed To help continue with our world-class status, we need someone who can deliver excellence. To join the Commercial team as a Renewals Administrator / Analyst / Manageryou must be detail and process orientated individual able to analyse information from a range of systems and sources. Skills required: Highly numerate with strong reporting and analytical skills Good skills in Excel - ability to analyse, manipulate reports and present results Excellent attention to detail Able to multitask and work well under pressure Highly adaptable and proactive Self-motivated and disciplined Good verbal and written communication skills Team player Desirable skills and experience: Telecommunications / Managed Service Provider sector experience Previous experience working closely with a sales team CRM system experience - ideally Salesforce.com Why Exponential-e?
