Financial Lines Claims Handler Lloyds Broker in the City Salary to £25,000 - £50,000 bens City based Lloyds Broker. About the Role: You will act as a central referral point across the team, co-ordinating the efficient progress of claims in the market and providing clients with guidance and support. Key Duties: ·Responsibility for a designated portfolio of PI, D&O, Cyber, FI claims mainly UK open market cases along with some binder / global risks. ·Handle all aspects of the claims process from initial advice through to settlement and closure. Key Experience: ·Proven track record of handling claims within the Lloyds/London (re)insurance marketplace. ·Experience using market software (ECF) is essential. ·Strong communication skills are required together with the ability to organise and prioritise. ·This role will suit someone who is adept at collaborating with internal and external partners in order to achieve successful results and client satisfaction.
