Overview
Our client based in the centre of Oxford are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the HR Manager and working closely with the HR Officer you will provide generalist HR Administrative support to the business and team. Main Responsibilities: Support managers throughout recruitment activities and liaise with agencies when appropriate. Provide generalist HR Administrative support across the department Manage the HR inbox Provide administrative support during employee relations cases Arrange the Induction process for new starters Monitor, review and update all policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices The ideal candidates will have previous HR Administration experience and be able to take on their own workload with confidence.
