Overview
Global Accounting Network are partnering with an exciting, high-growth collaborative working space business. Our client are looking to recruit an FP&A manager into their finance team, based in their Central London offices. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced and creative environment. You will have key relationships with the Senior Management team and will work with a number of functions across the business. Responsibilities: Ownership of P&L, balance and cash flow forecast for Group. Lead / contribute to the Group annual budgeting process. Prepare Group monthly management accounts in a timely fashion, providing commentary. Ownership of group wide analysis for commercial decision making. Dotted line reporting responsibilities to group management accountants with an aim to upskill and develop the team. Identify and drive process improvements. Ownership of model used for forecasting and budgeting. Business partnering across the business. Partner with budget holders and wider team to develop good financial acumen and understanding. Deliver short training briefings when require. Experience required: Qualified accountant. 5 years of business finance or other relevant experience (M&A, Corporate Finance). Property experience is preferable. Previous experience of working within complex financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting environment will be required.
