Finance Analyst Salary: 25k-30k plus bonus. A leading marketing agency in London is looking for an accounts assistant who is looking to learn and develop in their accounting career Finance Analyst Responsibilities will include: Delivering Results - Ensuring the integrity of data that we deliver to management is of the highest quality Analysing - Overhead and Revenue pipeline reporting/P&L analysis, and the ability to tie this in to the budgeting process/Ensuring insights from analysis are clear and action oriented Internal Collaboration - Ability to communicate well with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, listening and understanding their needs/Work across the business to advise on process improvements Communication - Communication is concise, precise and impactful/Emphasis on delivering tailored and actionable reports with appropriate level of integrity or compliance Commercial and Entrepreneurial Thinking - To be pro-active and suggest any areas where processes can be automated or scaled Ideal candidate: Excel - Intermediate Level Should be CIMA (or equivalent) studying, or have the desire to start studying Tableau, desirable but not essential SAP Business One/Vision, desirable but not If this sounds like you get in touch asap to avoid disappointment Additionally if you know anyone suitable for this position and would like a thank you referral we have a great scheme in place should we use your candidate.
