Excellent opportunity on offer for a Workshop Manager to join a well-established company within an exciting industry, where you will be overseeing a variety of highly specialist projects within a skilled team of engineers. Do you have CNC Programming experience? Do you come from a joinery background? Have you got experience of people management? This company specialise in the design and manufacturing of bespoke products for over the last 15 years. They deal with a variety of high end residential properties and they are looking for a Workshop Manager to join their enthusiastic, young team with a design-led approach. In the varied role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and employees. This role also will require you to be hands on as well, where you will be running and programming CNC machines, whilst managing equipment, machinery and quality control as well. The ideal candidate for this role will come from a joinery background and have CNC experience. you must also be commutable to Amersham.
