Overview

Our client is currently recruiting a Resourcing Advisor to work on lateral hire fee-earner recruitment. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Advisor will be involved in delivering the firm’s resourcing strategy and the recruitment of lateral hire fee-earners across the firm. Main duties and responsibilities: Managing end to end recruitment cycle, including advising on resource planning, role authorisation and role definition Building and maintaining successful relationships with hiring partners and agencies. Managing the firm’s PSL for contingent and retained fee-earner recruitment. Conducting interviews as needed for fee earner roles as required. Negotiating fees / packages with agencies and publications / online advertising suppliers. Overseeing management information requirements, regularly reporting on key metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire and agency performance Overseeing implementation of ATS, data management of the system and maintaining the ATS Person specification Degree qualified or equivalent. Significant recruitment experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm. Experience of providing HR support and overseeing processes and change. qualification preferable.
