My Client is looking to recruit exceptional Nurses (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities) to join a highly successful Rehab Centre based in Norwich with a salary of £26,000- £37,000 (Depend on Experience) Our client was established over 30 years by two individuals who have dedicated their lives to caring for people in need. The group runs two sites in the local area and aims to provide effect treatment in a homely environment. As Nurse your responsibilities will include: - Provide a professional and high-quality nursing input and care for our patients in your unit/designated area of responsibility. - Provide nursing advice and support across the service based on sound evidence and best practice to all staff in the multi-disciplinary team. - Help support our Support Workers in providing efficient and effective quality service in your unit and across the service ensuring high standards of care are always delivered. - Be involvement in the systematic and comprehensive assessment/re-assessment of patients’ needs within the CPA framework to consider all aspects of the patient's life. - We are looking to hear from Nurses who can demonstrate the following: - Possess an RNLD or RMH qualification - Valid NMC Pin - Committed to continuing your professional development - Able to work positively and effectively within a multi-disciplinary team - A positive attitude and commitment to patients, their development and the Service as a whole - Objective, non-discriminatory, approachable and professional.
