This reputable, market leading firm is in pursuit of an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with 4 PQE, to join their highly successful, expanding litigation department on a contract basis. The firm's disputes and litigation lawyers include specialists in many fields. You will provide the right legal advice for the dispute in question, whether for an individual, a business or other organisation, on a range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation and contract disputes, companies act proceedings, competition law investigations and proceedings, construction disputes, contentious Trusts and probate, employment disputes, health and safety prosecutions along with trade libel issues. With particular expertise in litigation, the firm have achieved notable successes over the years. They are now seeking an additional Commercial Litigation Associate to join them due to a heavy workload .
