Deputy Manager – Respite service Perivale, West London £25,102 per annum About the Role Our client a private care provider are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to co-manage a strong team of Support Workers who positively impact the lives of the people they support at their supported living service cluster within Ealing. The Deputy Manager Will provide leadership, development and direction across the services alongside another deputy manager and the cluster manager, ensuring that the team provides the people at the services with what they need to lead a good life and achieve the things that are important to them and their families. As part of the role as a Deputy Manager, you will be involved in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training and development, performance management and motivating your team. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will be ‘hands on’ doing a minimum of two shifts per week, leading by example through the provision of outstanding levels of service to the people we support. Building relationships with the people we support and their families is vital in this role. The ability to demonstrate your knowledge of person centred working & developing person centred support plans with individuals is also important. You will have experience of working in a senior/ team leader/ deputy manager role previously and have experience of working with adults who have learning disabilities. Ideally you will hold or be working towards a Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above.
