Learning & Development Officer Grantham Financial Services Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a leading organisation with the appointment of a Learning & Development Officer to join a busy team. Description The role of the Learning & Development Officer will involve: Design and deliver relevant training on 1-2-1, group and adhoc basis Provide technical training and coaching guidance for compliance and insolvency teams Agree with Senior Trainer and HO L&D a delivery plan to meet the demands of the business Support and implement the performance management policy Proactively conduct development needs analysis Research and distribute knowledge specific content in order to provide continuous learning Evaluate the impact of the development Profile Ideal candidates will have a proven background in Learning & development, ideally with knowledge of the financial services sector Job Offer Up to £35000 Excellent, progressive organisation
